Fair Opportunity & Contract Compliance

SEWP VI is a multiple-award GWAC. Contractors are provided a fair opportunity to be considered at the individual order level, as appropriate, per FAR 16.505(b), including through the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation of the order selection is required to be submitted with the order; all such documentation is maintained by the issuing procurement office.

  • True Zero Technologies shall not market, quote, or otherwise offer for sale any solutions not listed under its SEWP VI contracts until those solutions are included in the SEWP database of record and available to all Government end-users.
  • If the Government issues a Request for Information (RFI) as part of market research, items not yet listed may be provided only if they are clearly marked as not yet available on the SEWP contract and a technology refreshment request has been submitted to add them.
  • If the Government issues a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Market Research Request (MRR), responses may include only items available on the contract, priced no greater than the SEWP database of record at the time the quote is issued. If items on contract are insufficient to fully respond to a formal RFQ, True Zero will respond with a No Bid. Unless the RFQ specifically allows partial quotes, responses will fully address all requirements specified in the RFQ.
  • Every quote submitted to a Government end-user clearly states the length of time the quote is valid, and True Zero will honor any order submitted within that stated period.
  • Responses to RFIs and RFQs issued through the NASA SEWP online quoting system follow the procedures in the SEWP VI Contract Holder User Manual (CHUM).
  • Government information posted to the NASA SEWP Contract Holder Only Page (RFQs, RFIs, etc.) is used solely for proposing on SEWP requirements and is not shared with third parties.
